The hotel was fairly clean & the staff were cheerful, the bed was cozy. Fine rooms with an AWESOME view. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. I loved a pleasant restaurant with an international menu.

Could not be improved in any way.

Handy location, a nice size property, fine beds. I liked the room, which was nice and nice. Greeted by a lovely receptionist who made the stay stellar! The pool was good and there were a sauna and a whirlpool.

This hotel had everything we needed, we really loved staff and service. View from the window to city. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Downtown Richmond district. It was a 3-star property in every way.
